Good news are reaching CIRDE. As of today, all of the 26 Catholic Diocese have an appointed CIRDE coordinator or focal person. This is a great milestone for our commission.

Rev. Fr. Bernard Ngaruiya becomes the new National Executive Secretary (NES) for CIRDE. He takes over from Very Rev. Fr. Ferdinand Lugonzo, who as the General Secretary of KCCB was an acting NES for CIRDE after the departure of Rev. Fr. Lucas Ong’esa Manwa at the end of December 2020.

The commission thanks Ms. Colleta Wanza for being our administrative secretary. She has served CIRDE very well from its beginning. We are also looking forward to our new administrative secretary Ms. Eunice Nderitu.
