The Kisumu Metropolitan consists of eight dioceses:

- The Catholic Diocese of Homa Bay
- The Catholic Diocese of Kakamega
- The Catholic Diocese of Kisii
- The Catholic Diocese of Kitale
- The Catholic Diocese of Lodwar
